WELL, my awful neighbor who we can call... "BOB" has this awful pet that he just lets roam free and wildly! It POOS ALL OVER MY LAWN! All over my mail box, in my backyard... in my garden, the thing has even gotten into my house before and pooed on my sofa! How do I get someone to kick him and his horrible pet out of his house or at least make it stop? It's been going on for over a year now and I am sick and tired of it

O have a large patch of j.k.w in my garden my garden.is uneven and the knotweed is on a hump at the bottom of the garden iv cut it right back to ground level and instead of having a long battle with trying to get rid of it I was thinking I could just keep it at bay by either building up a wall around the hump with a foot over it covering it with strong tarp then covering with a foot of woodchip so I can use that part of my garden as a softplay area for my sons or building raised fully concreated and slabed patio area then making sure I mow the rest of my lawn weekly to irradicate new shoots appearing.in other areas of my garden do you think.my.ideas could work any advice would be great many thanks
